HOW MAGIC WORKS

Michael writes upbeat and fun music…and Eric’s lyrics explains the subject matter in terms kid’s can relate to…and inspires student art, poetry, dance, computer art/animation within a fresh and vibrant educational process.

LEARNING TO THE BEAT is based on these original contemporary music and lyrics, accessible to children and parents.

  • Have your students listen to one or more of the song(s).
  • Use the MAGIC lesson plans and discuss the lyrics
  • Ask the students to create some type of art.
  • Digitize the art.
  • Upload the art to the MAGIC Web site at www.getmagic.net.
Have fun! It’s just that easy! The lesson plans provide a standards-based approach to using MAGIC in your classroom.

Students love to share their inspirations with their friend and family.. And the Internet is the perfect medium to take your child’s art from the refrigerator door to the world!

The second component to MAGIC are Live Canvas events. Hundreds of student performers are on stage with professional musicians and student art created in the classroom is integrated into the live multimedia concert.

The Live Canvas concerts are the perfect reinforcement to the learning process and allows students to share their classroom activities with their family and fiends in an entertaining environment. MAGIC MAKES LEARNING FUN!!!
